mindfulness meets the world
the world I was to be in
but not of
now learning
be here now
that would be here
in the world
mindful
aware
even grateful
rather than try to escape
a veil of illusion
or curse the vale of tears in which we are born
be shorn of all those lessons
be in a new curriculum
